Getting ready for the 2022 Adult Baseball League season with some swings in a HitTrax cage at my local DBAT. Some early issue in my swing to work on but my weight training appears to be paying off! I set a new Exit Velo PR by almost 5mph! I am going to continue to work hard before the season starts, the road to 90+ mph exit velo has started!
