Stopping in the middle of the intersection
Description
Pulling completly into an intersection and stopping is not the right reaction to a YELLOW
They even kept rolling back after they had no more room
I had to honk and make motions to get them to shift into drive...
NOTE: the car behind me wouldn't let me back up to make room for this guy
