I was able to get out to the historic Waterford Hills Road Race Course today to provide some instruction. Thank you to the Shelby Club for having me out again this year! We all had a great time and I was even able to go faster than ever! Take a look at my new personal best lap from the 2nd instructor session! My previous best set earlier this year was a 1;18.350
